This is a maintenance year for the Village of Belleville. In a maintenance year, the focus is on new constructions and sales. Not every homeowner will have a changed assessment. Only property owners whose assessment has changed will receive a notice. All property owners have the right to discuss their assessed value at open book and challenge the value through the Board of Review process.
