Belleville's location serves as a gateway between the Madison metro area and the New Glarus/Green County corridor. The Belleville Business Park is strategically located adjacent to the PB and Highway 92 interchange. Development opportunities can also be found in the Downtown Corridor, along W. Main St, Highway 69, on the East side of town. The Village has two active TIF districts; incentives are available for high-quality projects. 

The immediate Belleville area is home to the top-notch Belleville School District and ample recreational opportunities, including the Badger State Trail and Lake Belle View.
