Meet the Administrator
Gabe was raised in the Kansas City metro area, where he worked for four different local government entities including his hometown of Prairie Village, Kansas. Prior to becoming Belleville's 4th administrator in February 2023, Gabe served as the Communications Manager in Cottage Grove (2022 - 2023) and the Communications and Management Intern for the Village of Waunakee (2020 - 2021). Gabe is actively involved in the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the Wisconsin City/County Management Association (WCMA). Gabe is currently the Vice Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee in WCMA.
Gabe attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and History. Gabe later attended the University of Kansas and graduated with his Masters of Public Administration (MPA). Gabe is married to his wife Colleen.
